Mobility is essential for this tour of the house and grounds. Access to the birth room and upper floors are by stairs only.  In the event of adverse weather the walk around the grounds may be restricted but an overview will still be possible. 
There is NO PARKING on site. 
The property is under construction after being hidden from public view for over 100 years.
